This 100 percent online program prepares you for personal leadership development. You will enhance your fundamental business knowledge with authentic leadership techniques, team-building expertise and more within the framework of a modern and practical approach to effective leadership.
You will deepen your foundational business knowledge in areas such as accounting, economics, finance and more. Plus, the integrated capstone course focuses on applying your MBA learnings in order to develop strategic solutions to management challenges in any organization.

*Tuition price reflects 33 credit hour program. Students who do not have a business undergraduate degree from an AACSB-accredited business school with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 or higher must take an additional 3 credit hour prerequisite Foundations course alone in their first term. Students can be fully admitted to the MBA program prior to taking the Foundations course.

Our streamlined admission process enables you to start quickly and easily. Please read the requirements for the MBA online, including what additional materials you need and where you should send them. Requirements include:
Admission Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 2.5 GPA
- NO GMAT Required
Foundation course
Students may be required to take a 3 credit hour Foundations course based on a holistic review of the application and supporting documents with special consideration of undergraduate major, GPA and relevant work experience. Students will be notified of their course sequence at the time of admission.
While a GPA of 2.5 will be considered, students with a GPA of 3.29 and lower will be admitted provisionally – and this will slightly increase the minimum time to completion of the program.
Transcripts
Please submit official transcripts from the college/university in which a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution was obtained.
- Transcript Assist - We can help you obtain your transcript at no cost! Simply give us permission by filling out the Transcript Assist form in your application. Once your application is submitted, we’ll request your transcript and notify you when it arrives. Please note that we only request the transcript for your highest earned degree. We can obtain transcripts from institutions that are part of the Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse networks, which includes most schools. Check their websites to see if your college is a member. If your institution is not affiliated, you’ll need to submit your transcript to SUU yourself.
- Applicants who have graduated from SUU do not need to submit a transcript
- International transcripts must include a transcript evaluation from a third-party service such as The Evaluation Company (TEC) or WES showing that the degree is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor's degree

Courses
Know what you'll learn in our online MBA in Leadership courses
For the MBA – Leadership Emphasis online, you must complete 24 credit hours of core courses, including a capstone strategy course, and 9 credit hours of emphasis courses. Students may be required to take a 3 credit hour business foundations course based on a holistic review of the application and supporting documents with special consideration of undergraduate major, GPA and relevant work experience. Students will be notified of their course sequence at the time of admission.
If you are required to take this course, it must be taken first and cannot be taken at the same time as another course.
Students must take MGMT 6250 and MGMT 6260, plus one more of the following courses.
