Surveys the study of human behavior as it relates to the aviator’s adaption to the flight environment including function allocation between human and machine, human-computer interface, work environment, person-to-person communications, performance measurement, supervision of crew members, accountability, role management, crew communications, teamwork, leadership, followership, decision-making, and situational awareness.
